I went for a walk one sunny day and snapped some pics in my neighborhood, Újlipótváros, known also as the XIII district. Eventually, gray clouds obscured the blue, but I just kept on snapping.

I'm glad you're seeing Budapest from the Pest side these days -- a good change of perspective. I wonder, though, if you meant to use an X instead of a V for your district -- the 13th District, perhaps, unless I have your location wrong.
